Il servizio offerto e’ apparentemente di buon livello fino a che non si paga, dopo il pagamento (richiesto per il 100% in anticipo rispetto alla consegna / montaggio) parte il farwest del menefreghismo.
La squadra di montatori arrivata era esterna, a saperlo prima mi sarei affidato ad altri evitando dei ricarichi su un servizio acquistato esternamente a loro volta.
Il sopralluogo effettuato in casa prima di far partire l’ordine e’ stato praticamente inutile.
Abbiamo ricevuto disegni / indicazioni di come far preparare le prese elettriche rivelatesi completante errate sia per il mobile sala sia per la camera da letto.
La testata del letto da una parte copre completamente le prese / interruttori.
Il comodino a fianco del letto non permette l apertura di una finestra se non portato completamente in battuta al lato del letto stesso.
Il pannello tv vendutoci con impianto led è un accrocco di fili arrabattati in qualche modo al retro del pannello con scotch carta con una potenza luce non regolabile e decisamente inadeguata.
I montatori sembra non vengano minimamente informati sulle richieste del cliente, per esempio la disposizione dei ripiani armadio e’ stata fatta a caso per poi dover riposizionare il tutto lasciando evidenti segni dei fori fatti in precedenza.
A distanza di poco più di un anno continuiamo a riscontrare montaggi grossolani ed approssimativi oltre che mancanza di accessori. il letto contenitore che dovrebbe avere dei gommini a protezione degli angoli di appoggio della rete ne risulta privo, alcune viti sono lente e si svitano senza alcuno sforzo a mano.
Sotto il letto, al centro, e’ presente un piede di appoggio che risulta fluttuare e non scaricare completamente a terra, piede non raggiungibile a mano.
Avendo ordinato i mobili laccati gli stessi presentavano fin da subito diversi difetti di verniciatura, arrivati i pezzi di ricambio in garanzia, dopo mesi di attesa, gli stessi presentavano ancora difetti, questi difetti non sono certo imputabili a Domus ma essendo loro i rivenditori dovrebbero avere più cura del cliente e non dovrebbero rispondere in maniera stizzita come se fosse colpa del cliente.
Morale della favola a parte i difetti sulle verniciature tutto il resto e’ rimasto a nostro carico con evidenti danni economici per lavori di murature / elettricista da dover rifare a nostre spese.
In questi giorni risentirò l’avvocato per chiedere il rimborso delle maggiori spese sostenute a causa di una frettolosa valutazione.
Non mi sento di sconsigliare Domus a priori ma consiglio di pattuire fin da subito condizioni di pagamento diverse, di accertarsi che le informazioni ricevute a seguito del sopralluogo siano precise e di seguire attentamente i montatori che vi manderanno.

The bedside table next to the bed does not allow a window to be opened unless it is fully retracted to the side of the bed.
The TV panel sold to us with an LED system is a contraption of wires somehow spliced ​​to the back of the panel with masking tape, with a non-adjustable and decidedly inadequate light output.
The installers appear to be completely uninformed about the customer's requests. For example, the wardrobe shelves were randomly arranged, only to have to be repositioned, leaving visible marks from the previously drilled holes.
A little over a year later, we continue to encounter rough and sloppy assembly, as well as a lack of accessories. The storage bed, which should have rubber pads to protect the corners of the base, is missing them. Some screws are loose and can be unscrewed effortlessly by hand.
Under the bed, in the center, there is a support leg that appears to float and not fully rest on the floor; the leg is not reachable by hand.
Having ordered lacquered furniture, they immediately showed several paint defects. When the spare parts under warranty arrived, after months of waiting, they still had defects. These defects are certainly not attributable to Domus, but since they are the retailers, they should take better care of their customers and shouldn't respond angrily as if it were the customer's fault.
Moral of the story: apart from the paint defects, everything else was left to our charge, with obvious financial losses for masonry and electrician work that had to be redone at our expense.
I'll be speaking to my lawyer again in the next few days to request reimbursement for the additional costs incurred due to a hasty appraisal.
I wouldn't advise against Domus outright, but I recommend agreeing on different payment terms from the outset, ensuring the information received following the inspection is accurate, and carefully monitoring the installers they send you.
